In 2007, they were awarded a contract from the City of Las Vegas Durango Hills Community Center to operate in the Centennial Hills area. It is stretched across 98,000 in square feet and covers about 18 acres in the area and is considered to be the community center in the area and the largest leisure center in the entire area of Las Vegas.
